D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a National Accounts Coordinator for their Corporate Purchasing Department. The right candidate will provide assistance to the Corporate Purchasing Department. 


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • Assist in the management of tracking information from the divisions in order to collect incentives and discounts by analyzing data, reporting research results and disseminating information


  • Assist with account receivables data entry for national, regional and/or local accounts



  • Assist with Corporate Purchasing Department organization and maintain project prioritization



  • Responsible for adjustments/corrections and posting of information within database



  • Assist with scheduling and organizing complex activities such as meetings, training, travel and department activities for all members of the Corporate Purchasing Management Team



  • Assist with creating National/Regional/Local deposits and tracking checks through the receivables process.  Ensure accurate allocation of incentive dollars to divisions



  • Maintain and organize daily incentive collections correspondence.



  • Answer phone and take messages or field/answer all routine and non-routine questions.



  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company



  • Able to work overtime



  • Able to travel overnight


 

Qualifications

 

Education and/or Experience   


Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.                      


 


Required Qualifications




  • Advanced excel skills and ability to create charts and pivot tables utilizing VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, data tables and multi-functional formulas



  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications



  • Proficiency with MS Office and email



 

Preferred Qualifications




  • Ability to organize and prioritize large volumes of information and calls



  • Ability to handle confidential and non-routine information
